We sell printable vinyl, specialty films, overlaminates, display media, and related products. Product images, colors, specifications, compatibility information, pricing, and availability are provided for general reference and may change without notice.
Actual color, finish, and performance may vary depending on printer, ink, substrate, installation method, environment, and display settings. Customers are responsible for confirming product compatibility before purchase.
Orders, Pricing, and Payment
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inaccurate information.
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, brokerage fees, and import charges are calculated or communicated where applicable.
Shipping
Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within two business days after payment authorization. Processing times may be longer for large, custom, backordered, or special-order items.
We ship within the United States, Canada, and other destinations where shipping is available at checkout. International customers are responsible for applicable duties, taxes, customs clearance charges, and import requirements.
Delivery dates are estimates only. Print Cut Media is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, incorrect addresses, or events outside our reasonable control.
Returns and Refunds

Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, product descriptions, photographs, logos, graphics, designs, and software, is owned by or licensed to Print Cut Media and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Print Cut Media will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data.
Our total liability relating to any order will not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
